Airport Transfers:
All Airport Transfers from McCarran International Airport are subject to applicable airport fees. Our dispatch staff will update all arriving flights and adjust pickup time accordingly.
Domestic Flights/Terminal 1: All Clients will be met at the Baggage Carousel that their Flight is Assigned to w/ a sign displaying their last name.
Intl Flights/Terminal 2 Arrivals: All Clients are met Outside Terminal 2 at Curb for all Vehicles. Chauffeur will have a sign with your name on it.
If You Cannot Locate Your Chauffeur For Any Reason Please Call our dispatch at 1-800-621-1535 Do Not Leave As You Will Be Charged As A No-Show. Please Call Us Immediately.
Hourly Minimums:
1 hour minimum applies to all reservations: except for scheduled reservations that begin after 5 PM on Fridays and Saturdays then a 2 hour minimum applies.
Gratuity:
Driver Gratuity is NOT included in the above rates. The industry standard is 20% or more of the total.
Pickup Locations:
(Domestic Flight Arrivals):
Your chauffeur will meet you in Baggage Claim holding a sign displaying your name.
(International & Charter Flight Arrivals):
Your chauffeur will meet you directly outside Baggage Claim on the Limousine and Bus curb holding a sign displaying your name.
(Las Vegas Hotels & Resorts):
Town Cars, Limousines,SUV's & Vans: Your chauffeur will meet you at the main entrance (Main Valet unless otherwise specified) holding a sign displaying your last name. You must check in with valet and have your driver called up at some locations.
Mini-bus,Limo-Coach and Motor-Coach: Your Chauffeur will meet you at the Bus entrance/Tour Lobby (Check with the Bell Desk) holding a sign displaying your last name.
In the event you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call us immediately at 800-621-1535
or (702)248-2631 and we will be happy to direct you. Failure to notify us will result in you being charged as a no-show.
Service Terms:
A valid Credit Card is required to guarantee and hold all reservations. Failure to cancel according to our cancellation policy prior to pickup time will result in charges stated above, plus applicable fees and/or gratuities.
